I’m passionate about making yoga accessible. My classes are fun and energetic and my goal is to make you feel safe and comfortable. I create flowing sequences that move around the body in different ways, and are suitable for all levels. Whether you want to gain strength, flexibility, mobility or calm the mind, my classes are perfect for you.

Free intro session

If you’re interested in private classes but you’re not sure what to expect or it’s your first time doing yoga, enjoy this 30-min introductory session!

Private classes and bundles

You can chose between 60-min or 90-min long sessions and you can pay as you go or get a bundle!

Couples or small groups

If you already have a yoga buddy or a little yoga team and you’d like some private coaching , we can arrange discounted sessions for you!

 

About ME

During my last year of uni, I was under a lot of pressure and my unhealthy habits started to impact my life negatively.

When I found yoga it totally changed my life. The physical changes were evident but, most importantly, I learnt how to deal with stress and anxiety.

I decided to learn more about yoga and that’s how I found my passion.

I’m a certified Yoga Teacher by Yoga Teachers College (200HR), a Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYS). Whether you want to gain strength, flexibility, mobility or enjoy the mental benefits, my classes are perfect for you.
