During my last year of uni, I was under a lot of pressure and my unhealthy habits started to impact my life negatively.
When I found yoga it totally changed my life. The physical changes were evident but, most importantly, I learnt how to deal with stress and anxiety.
I decided to learn more about yoga and that’s how I found my passion.
