That's why I created 'Mindful Christmas', a guide that includes everything you need to stay grounded and make the most out of your holidays. 


This digital download includes a guide with gratitude exercises, intention setting inspiration, tips,  4 yoga classes and 2 meditations. 


The classes are all 45 minutes and include:
